I'm so busy.........Spring cleaning, gardening, and now starting the cooking. Love to cook and try to get as much done ahead of time so I can spend more time with my friends. This Italian parsley is beautiful - it will be used a lot.
Here's the recipe - hope it enlarges when you click! It's from Delia Smith, a great British cook.
Will try to keep up with you all during this busy week. Hope everyone is having a great one.
Hope you have a wonderful time with your friend, It's so good having friends who share your memories of being young and doing all those fun things that seem like a dream now. Where did you both grow up?
ReplyDeleteIsn't it great to have a friend that you've shared so many adventures with. Sounds like a yummy menu!

I'm so happy for you and hope you have a wonderful time with your visitors. What a yummy recipe- thank you so much for sharing! I thought of you recently as we found an antique mall nearby that reminds me of the Screen Door in Asheville. It's only an hour from us! Out front they have all this old rusted garden metal vintage stuff, plus old doors and windows. I didn't have my camera along but will take photos next time for my blog. xoxo
ReplyDeleteI love having old friends come for visits! I know you are going to enjoy your company, so much.
ReplyDeleteThe recipe sounds wonderful!

Mary, friends are just so special, aren't they? Sounds like a fun time you're gonna have with your friends coming into town. I just love roasted red peppers (although I usually cheat & buy them in jars)..I have roasted them myself on occasion. The food sounds scrumptious!

ReplyDeleteHope you have a lovely time with your friends.
Thanks for your comment on my blog - I do love where I live in 'leafy Warwickshire' and enjoy exploring as much as possible but I do also like to get back home to Scotland too, not quite as difficult for me to drive 5 hours north as for you to have to plan a plane journey and all that that entails!
Have a good weekend.
