Digging out those buckets and spades/pails and shovels ~ tomorrow morning we're off for our annual Fall weekend at the beach. A bit late this year due the trip to England. We love it even when the weather is cool ~ I'll be looking longingly across the pond!

This is the time of year when I love visiting our coast too. I can't take that full-blown heat of summer here.

I am thinking of you waving across the pond right now! I hope it is turning out to be a beautiful weekend for you. We have had a stormy weekend here but people flock to the seaside to watch the high waves crash on the shore for that too. I think the beach has something special in store at all times and seasons.
